Tony Jones, RPh
Tony Jones, RPh is co-owner and pharmacist at The Sullivan Pharmacy. Tony graduated from The St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1987. First coming to work at The Sullivan Pharmacy in 1985 as a pharmacy student during his summers, Tony began his pharmacy career under the tutelage of then pharmacist/owner Ron White in 1987. In 1996 Tony and his wife Joan purchased the pharmacy and began compounding a few years later. Tony has experienced many changes in the pharmacy industry since 1987, but one thing that has not changed is his ongoing commitment to his patients. Tony resides in the country just south of Sullivan with his wife Joan. They have three children. Cameron, Aaron and Lindsay and the family dogs, Mocha and Mariah. In his spare time, you can find Tony in his shop sharpening his skills as a woodworker or with his shotgun shooting at clay targets.
Joan Jones, RPh
Joan Jones, RPh is co-owner and Pharmacist at The Sullivan Pharmacy. Joan graduated from The St. Louis College of Pharmacy in 1990. Originally from Springfield, Illinois, Joan moved to Sullivan in 1989 after she and Tony were married. She began her career as a pharmacist at Hook’s Drug which later became Revco. In 1996 she came over to The Sullivan Pharmacy after she and Tony purchased the pharmacy. Joan enjoys interacting with patients along with their physicians to optimize health and specializes in customized hormone replacement therapy. Joan and Tony have been married for nearly 28 years. Their eldest child, Cameron, 23, is a recent graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in chemical engineering. Aaron, 19, is currently a sophomore at Eastern Illinois University, majoring in music education. Lindsay, 17, is a senior at Sullivan High School and works part-time as a delivery driver for the pharmacy. In her spare time, Joan enjoys reading, flower gardening, and is an avid Cubs and Illinois fan.
Sharon Jones, CPhT
Sharon Jones, CPhT joined The Sullivan Pharmacy and Compounding Center Team in September 2002. Sharon enjoys interacting with customers the most and joking with them. Sharon also enjoys compounding and making specialized products for customers and their pets that are not commercially available. Sharon is married to Terry Jones, brother of Tony Jones. Terry and Sharon have a son, Alex, 21, a U.S. Marine, who is currently stationed in Camp Lejeune, NC. Alyssa, 20, who is attending Parkland College, majoring in Kinesiology. Terry and Sharon also have 3 miniature schnauzers, Max, Macy, and Oliver. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys photography and spending time with friends and family.
Angie Nelson, CPhT
Angie Nelson, CPhT joined The Sullivan Pharmacy and Compounding Center in 2004. Angie has worked as a technician since 1991 and enjoys the customers the most. Angie is married to Danny Nelson and together they have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. Angie loves animals of all kinds and has several dogs, frogs and even a raccoon. In her spare time, Angie enjoys taking care of her animals, shooting, and reading.
Laura Scott, CPhT
Laura Scott, CPhT joined the Sullivan Pharmacy and Compounding Center in July of 1992. Laura and her husband Robert have 2 children and 2 grandchildren. She is an active member of the Southern Baptist Church of Findlay, where she serves as treasurer. Laura and her husband are both musically inclined and love sharing their talents with others. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her granddaughters and working in the yard.
